TERMS & CONDITIONS OF STAY
1. Check-in time is at 2:00 pm, early check-in is subject to room availability.
2. Check-out time is strictly at 12:00nn, late check-out is subject to room availability.
3. Late check-out until 6pm will be charged a half day rate and beyond 6pm will be charged a full rate equivalent to room type reserved.
4. The hotel is not liable for any lost items especially valuable items such as gadgets, money, jewelry, etc.
5. The guest agrees to pay room charges upon check-in while incidental charges must be settled before check-out.
6. SMOKING is not allowed inside the hotel and bringing of any food items with foul odor are not allowed. A cleaning fee of PHP5,000.00 will be charged accordingly for violators.
7. Guest are obliged to pay for any loss or damage of the hotel property incurred by them
> Lost keycard-Php500.00
> Stained Linen -Php1,000.00
> Stained Towel-Php1,000.00
> Stained Pillow Case-Php500.00
8. Bringing of PETS are not allowed.
9. Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their hotel room or any internal/external areas of the hotel. This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors unless proved to be caused by the negligence of our employees.
10. Eating inside the Capsule Rooms is not allowed.
11. Visiting hours is until 10pm only.
12. Renting of Locker is PHP 100/day. Lost locker key may be subjected for a sanction.
13. Please observe silence, excessive noise and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
14. SMOKING is highly discouraged while inside the hotel. Fine is Php5,000.00.
15. An additional charge for extra linen and sanitary supplies.
16. The guest will be solely responsible for their belongings. Please do not leave your valuables inside your assigned rooms.
17. Vehicles and contents are left at the owner’s risk while the vehicle is parked.
18. In case of EMERGENCY, please leave the building immediately using the appointed fire exit.
By affixing your signature (through an agent, representative or personally), you hereby abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein, and hereby gives consent for the collection and processing of data acquired by the hotel, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act, its rules and regulations and relevant issuances of the NPC on the implementation of reasonable and appropriate security measures and on upholding the rights of data subject.
I acknowledged that i am liable with the foregoing person, company, or association (and if more than one, all of them) from the payment of the cost and payable or incurred with all services provided by the resort and hereby authorize to debit any outstanding charges to my account.
